In these uncertain and often chaotic times, curve balls happen. Join us to hear the top 5 strategies for building critical resilience to deal with the unexpected when it happens.

The world is becoming a more disruptive and uncertain place. The number of disruptions (economic changes, political changes, business disruptions, wars, social unrest, pandemics, etc.) this year is expected to be 6 times greater than it was just 10 years ago.  In addition, the number of personal disruptors (events that will interrupt or change the flow of everyday life) we can expect to experience in our lifetime is 36 – one every 1-2 years.

Despite the fact that disruptions are becoming more frequent, many of us still live under the expectation that our lives will follow a predictable, linear progression following a defined series of milestone events. This idea is outdated, and can lead to disappointments and resistance when our expectations aren’t met. Instead, learning to expect the unexpected and build resilience to respond to curve balls faster and with more confidence will enable you to bounce back (and forward) faster in your life and work.
