We’re currently hiring for both Junior and Lead Landscape Designer positions, with opportunities for internships and full-time roles.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
As a Junior or Lead Landscape Designer, you may be responsible for some or all of the following, depending on your experience level:
- Meet with clients to understand their outdoor design goals and lifestyle needs
- Create design concepts, mood boards, and presentations
- Draft detailed plans using design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Lumion, etc.)
- Source materials, plants, hardscape elements, and outdoor furnishings
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members
- Oversee project installations to ensure quality and design intent
- Stay up to date on industry trends, sustainable practices, and new materials
- Collaborate with other designers and departments to maintain design continuity and brand standards
What We’re Looking For
Lead Designers:
- 0-4 years experience in landscape design (residential preferred)
- Strong design portfolio showing conceptual and technical skills
- Comfortable leading projects, meeting clients, and managing timelines
- Knowledge of local plants, outdoor construction, and permitting processes
Junior Designers / Interns:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a landscape design/architecture program
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Twinmotion, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and grow with a team
- Passion for design and strong visual storytelling skills
