We are seeking Paralegals to join our fast-growing team of professionals. The positions are permanent, full-time, and 100% remote. The positions come with competitive pay and benefits.

Education: Bachelor’s degree and paralegal certificate are required. Job-specific training will be provided upon onboarding.

Qualifications: Must have excellent written, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work efficiently with minimum supervision. Prior experience in California workers’ compensation, especially experience as a claims examiner, is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities: The position entails supporting defense attorneys at all stages of litigation, including corresponding with opposing counsel, conducting discovery through subpoenas, preparing exhibits for hearings and medical-legal examinations, coordinating medical treatment, performing legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. Opportunity provided to attain more advanced responsibilities, including negotiating liens and settlements, and appearing before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board for conferences and trials.

Salary: $65k to $125k depending on experience with generous performance based raises and bonuses.
