- Read through Non-conformance reports(NCRs) and determine what the cost of Quality was along with if a Root Cause Analysis is needed
- Perform 5s audits and report findings to supervisors and appropriate department heads
- Manage inventory in the Hold/Rejection area, acquire and carry out dispositions
- Send out weekly reports to necessary personnel
- Prepare monthly information needed for reporting meetings
- Prepare PowerPoint slides for monthly presentations
- Tracking training records and identify employees that still require trainings
