We started BOXFOX in Los Angeles in 2014 to keep friends and family connected through substantial and effortless gifting. With BOXFOX, customers can send a perfectly curated gift box with the click of a button—never losing the value of a personal touch. Our mission is to create stronger relationships through beautiful and personal gifts, enabled by simple user experiences, driven by premier service, and grounded by a commitment to authenticity.
Whether you’d like to send a thoughtful prepacked BOXFOX with hand-picked offerings from our team, create your own using our BUILD A BOXFOX platform, or work with us to design a custom corporate suite, we’re committed to bringing you the perfect gifts for all occasions.
You will be responsible for scheduling, projecting, and managing our Corporate order production pipeline, working directly with our sales team to ensure their orders head out of BOXFOX HQ on time, with no mistakes. You will work closely with our B2B sales team, who will pass on new orders (closed deals), managing every part of the order: inventory, quantities, customization, shipping, fulfillment. You will also be in charge of vendor management on the corporate side, forming new relationships, placing corporate orders and communicating our needs and mistakes. You’ll also need to stay on top of new product launches and help catalog product via our Instant Alpha process!
Above all, we’re seeking a “get things done” team player with a great attitude. Someone who is incredibly detail oriented, making sure they are able to study and understand every nuance of a corporate order, down to the color of the ribbon.
You should be able to juggle multiple projects at once, understanding the need to prioritize certain action items without dropping the ball on anything. You should be willing to be active (read: not tied to a desk and comfortable with standing for long periods), since this job will have you up on your feet, communicating with the B2B sales team, managing the the Corporate Production team, corporate fulfillment associates, and our 3PL, as needed.
