This highly selective three-year rotational program was developed to jump-start your career by providing a strong foundation of communication, social and leadership skills, as well as robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. This opportunity gives you the ability to gain critical experience and knowledge in your chosen area of concentration of Finance. Challengers in this program will spend two one-year rotations within Finance and one rotation in either Procurement, Supply or Sales & Marketing. You will gain exposure, knowledge, and experience to the overall Fuels North America business. Rotations could be in either Chicago (IL), La Palma (CA) or Blaine (WA). There is a facilitated placement into the organization after successful completion of the program.

Fuels NA Career Development Program - Procurement Specialist
The Procurement team is a critical enabler in support of BP’s Downstream procurement activities. Responsible for analytical, systems, and data support as well as the delivery of selected continuous improvement initiatives across the Americas team. This crucial role will partner with other members as well as broader business partners on data, systems, and change management activities and help deliver validated results to the business’ bottom line. The role may also lead selected/discrete continuous improvement projects and the associated delivery and change activity.
