Position Details
- Pay Range: $18.50 per hour
- Location: On-site in Beverly Hills, CA
- Schedule: Part-time (hours to be discussed based on availability)
Responsibilities
- Event Support: Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of marketing and company events
- Daily Office Operations: Manage deliveries, pick up mail, help keep the office and kitchen organized, assist with ordering office supplies, and support special projects as needed
- Team Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO and Office Manager; assist the Public Relations / Marketing Manager with social media initiatives and press outreach

Qualifications
- Current College Enrollment: Preferred, ideally in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Reliable Transportation: Strongly preferred
- Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Proactive & Reliable: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and punctuality are essential
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Canva experience is a plus
