Description:
Group Solutions is looking for a motivated Outreach Coordinator Intern to help expand our network of skilled facilitators and partner facilities across Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll support outreach efforts to recruit certified professionals (RADT, CADC, LMFT, AMFT) passionate about making a difference in behavioral health, while also helping onboard new treatment facilities to our network.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential facilitators and treatment facilities
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns for recruitment and facility partnerships
- Assist with managing job postings, candidate follow-ups, and facility onboarding
- Collaborate with our team on innovative recruitment and partnership strategies
Qualifications:
- Interest in mental health, addiction recovery, or human resources
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, with a desire to learn and contribute
