About the Role:
Responsibilities
- Facilitate groups on topics like CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, trauma, mindfulness, and coping strategies
- Foster an engaging, structured space for clients in recovery
- Provide group documentation per facility standards
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethics in all settings
Qualifications:
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license in California
- Experience running groups in behavioral health, substance use, or mental health contexts
- Comfort with diverse populations and treatment environments
