Major, Lindsey & Africa’s client has an immediate need for an interim Litigation Paralegal.
Overview: Our client is seeking an interim Litigation paralegal.
Company: Storage company
Experience: Successful candidates will have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Location: Hybrid. 4x/week in Glendale, CA.
Responsibilities Include:
- The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience providing litigation support.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trial, arbitrations, and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as subpoena and discovery responses.
- Open, sort, and process mail.
- Manage attorney and case calendars.
- Perform other litigation, trial preparation, and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications Include:
- 7+ years of relevant paralegal experience.
- Experienced with drafting legal documents, including subpoena and discovery responses, and providing legal/administrative support to litigation attorneys.
- Experience with personal injury cases is a plus, but not needed.
Pay Range: $50-60/hour
