We are seeking a dedicated paralegal with highly developed research, organizational, and communications skills, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key skills: Legal research and analysis, civil discovery and litigation matters, Microsoft office suite, Adobe Acrobat. Scheduling and calendaring and writing skills.
Fluency in variety of databases and software including Clio, Westlaw, Essential Forms, and Trial Director is preferred.
Description:
Oversee discovery including propounding and preparing responses to interrogatories and document productions.
Working with experts to schedule physical/mental examinations and provide materials for experts’ review.
Prepare and analyze document summaries of employment, financial, and medical records.
Prepare trial documents.
Organize and compile trial notebooks.
Communicate and interview with witnesses.
Conduct legal research and cite-checking including jury verdict research for case assessment.
Effectively interact with outside counsel, staff, and clients.

- Monday to Friday
- Monthly billing requirement of 120 hours
