We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join Madeksho Law, a renowned leader in asbestos, mesothelioma, and toxic tort litigation, expanding their team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years’ experience, proven track record of supporting attorneys across all phases of litigation, and someone who thrives on meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage electronic filings of pleadings and discovery documents.
- Coordinate and manage case schedules and deadlines.
- Propound and respond to discovery, handle document review and legal research.
- Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, complaints, summonses, and discovery requests.
- Assist in trial preparation by managing trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials.
- Traveling with the trial team periodically preferred
Additional Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Federal and State court filing rules and procedures.
- Exceptional research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to handle critical deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A commitment to quality and a detailed understanding of case management.
