Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Medical Assistant certification (urology/clinical experience a plus).
Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate bedside manner and professionalism with patients.
Willingness to learn urology-specific workflows (e.g., catheter care, post-op instructions, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Assist providers with patient intake, vitals, and procedures.
EHR documentation and clinic prep.
Provide empathetic patient education and support.
