To support efficient and fair use of UCLA Extension’s careers services, please note the following terms and guidelines:
- Appointments are available for currently enrolled certificate students*, and certificate alumni up to six months after they graduate.
- You can make 2 appointments a quarter and up to 6 appointments throughout the duration of your program.
- You are allowed 1 cancellation / no show per quarter, and cancellations cannot be made less than 24 hours before the booking.
- For last minute cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment time), you will have to email careers@uclaextension.edu.
- We are currently unable to provide one on one advising to non-certificate students. You can use self-service resources on our website and ask questions via email.
* Current enrollment must be in courses for credit only.
