Our Preferred Candidate is . . .
- A detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of federal and state court rules and electronic filing procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel; FoxIt, pdf software applications; preparation of tables of contents and authorities
- Adept at maintaining case files and attorneys’ calendars.
Must Haves
- Strong attention to detail
- Resourceful
- Self starter
- Someone who takes initiative!
- Skilled in MS Word advanced features, including preparation of TOA and TOC
- An excellent communicator
- Demonstrates organization and administrative skills
- Is able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Has at least two years experience working in a law office.
Salary
$60-70k annually, commensurate with experience
